Dr. Hadeel Sa’ad Al-Hyari is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Salt Collage, Al-Balqa Applied University- Jordan. Dr. Al-Hyari has taught as a Lecturer in 2012 in Al-Balqa Applied University in E-business department. She was awarded her PhD in Business Administration with excellent degree from The World Islamic Sciences and Education Amman- Jordan in 2015, Dr. Al-Hyari was the third on PhD students of 2014-2015 academic year. She has completed the Mater degree in E-business/ Management Information Systems with excellent degree from Arab Academy for Financial and Banking Studies in 2007 and she was the first of master’s degree students for 2006-2007 academic year. Dr. Al-Hyari has her Bachelor in Software Engineering with excellent degree in 2005 and she was the third.  And she studied in Jubilee school for talented and gifted students between 1999 and 2001. Dr. Al-Hyari has published many research papers in the field of Business Administration in international refereed journals. Her research interests are Knowledge Management, Innovation Management, Management Information Systems, E-business, Project Management, and Human Resource Management, Education Technology. Dr. Al-Hyari has completed the Excellence in Consulting Life-Cycle Management (ECLM) by USAID; Contains: Soft Skills for consulting, Business Development Skills, Winning Proposals and Contracts, Project Management for Consultant, Sustainability Management for Consultant, and PMP/ CAPM online Training. Dr. Al-Hyari has delivered specialized training programs for professionals in many industries in different areas of management and ICDL, IC3, and internet and www in Jordan, Dr. Al-Hyari has worked as an instructor in business and management information systems and E-business for 13 years in Jordan. She has worked as a head of Business and Finance Department in Salt Collage for Human Sciences at Al-Balqa Applied University from 2018 till 2020, besides her new position as Dean Assistant for Diploma Affairs since September 2019 to 2020.  Prior her academic path, she has worked as a programmer and as a Head of Training Department in the Computer centre in Al-Balqa Applied University in addition to being an ICDL trainer and an ICDL authorized tester. Dr. Al-Hyari has excellent academic skills and experience in Business Administration and E-business in Jordan. Diverse research skills and capacity in Business and management information systems. In International collaborations has granted many Erasmus+ programs for academic exchange in teaching and training, and has many collaborations and contributions with universities from Europe, such as: Spain (Cadiz), Portugal (JAMIES, UMinho), Romania (ase, Oradia).  Dr Al- Hyari has participated in international collaboration program for cultural exchange between students from USA and Jordan, working as leader of a binational teams that gathered to figure out common issues that faced by their global sustainable issues in their communities and discuss a sustainable solutions that achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that Proposed by UN. Dr. Al-Hyari is a committed and hardworking professional to achieve goals and targets through effective planning, careful implementation and management.
